今次係我第二食🥟劉興記生煎包專門店🥟,好耐之前喺荃灣食過,就係啱啱開張嘅時候,今次再食睇吓佢嘅質素有冇變先,有啲餐牌已經唔同咗同埋佢哋嘅豆漿基本上$60以上都係任飲😍,都係一個賣點最傳統嘅招牌生煎包仍然keep得水準😋,今次我叫咗六件 $50 :佢做到鄙薄餡靚之餘裏面嘅湯仍然係爆汁🤤,仲有震撼感喺度,而每一隻都煎到幾乎一樣都係金黃色👍🏻,本身仲諗住想試佢新出嘅瀨尿蝦生煎包但已經沽清,其實好多款嘅生煎包同小籠包都沽清,冇辦法,事關真係性價比高👏🏻👏🏻,keep住出面都排隊,唯有下次再試😌另外仲叫咗個🐔麻醬手撕雞粉皮 $50 :佢嘅粉皮做到爽口,手撕雞都幾多,麻醬又夠香濃,所以食落都唔錯👍🏻🐷招牌炸豬排拌麵 $45 :本身仲以為佢有微粉紅唔熟,但原來呢個先係佢哋嘅精髓,咁樣先可以令到豬扒本身唔會韌👍🏻,通常炸物點都一定會熟晒,相對地肉質都會比較老,但呢度嘅豬扒口感唔錯,食落都幾嫩,絕對唔乾身,價錢仲要超抵添🙌🏻🙌🏻
