今日同伴侶兩條友食晚飯,雖然食中餐嗌餸就唔嗌得多,但係由於好想食燒乳鴿同埋生炒骨,就過咗嚟新強記度撐枱腳。金牌燒乳鴿,揀呢個紅燒乳鴿嚟做前菜真係最好不過,乳鴿燒到皮脆肉滑,味道恰到好處,大讚。菠蘿生炒骨,生炒骨炸得脆身,雖然佢叫做生炒骨但係啖啖肉,食完枱面一舊骨都無,抵讚;酸甜嘅味道令人相當開胃,真係飯都扒多兩啖。椒鹽脆豆腐,爆得香脆,比起外面食到嘅更加脆身,內裏質地柔軟,豆腐味出奇地咁龍郁,令人意想不到。今次兩條友食唔到太多餸,下次再嚟試埋佢哋個招牌燒鵝同埋雞粥先。
