Good ol’ Chinese food is a plenty in Hong Kong. Especially some Chinese fine dining. One of the most popular establishments is Island Tang! Island Tang is located in the heart of Central. They serve traditional Cantonese food in a classic setting and way. I went a VERY long time ago, so the descriptions are going to be well short and very sweet.
