是朋友買來的生日蛋糕, 記憶中是 Vanilla and Mango Soft Cheese Cake. 之前其實已經試過 The Mandarin Cake Shop 的出品好幾次, 甚至 Cafe Causette 也有寫過 review.　 這邊的蛋糕及牛角包, 是不比 Robuchon Salon de The 的述色, 各有各好同短處吧.　如真的要我評, 我會說 Robuchon (including their overseas outlets！) 有點兒俾捧得過份誇張, 但 Mandarin Cake Shop 就也有點兒燜, 看來看去也是這樣字. Mandarin Cake Shop's Decoration 不是太出眾, 但味道確實是足已搭夠． 但並不代表是全世界最好的 Level.
