There is no denying that The Classified at Tai Hang is one of my favorite spots for European-styled brunch on lazy Sundays. It is spacious and every little detail has been thoughtfully decorated in a homey way to produce a laidback ambience for lazy people. We ordered one sweet and two savory dishes and split them between us: Egg Benedict, Egg Royale and Banana French toasts.

The bacon on the Egg Benedict was uniquely replaced by a thin-sliced of prosciutto ham. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked with the slightly sour hollandaise sauce adding to it. It was delicious, well seasoned and the portion size was decent.

The Egg Royale was a salmon version of Egg Benedict and it tasted as good. The thick raw salmon was fresh and it matched perfectly view with hollandaise sauce. The egg was also on the good side of runny.

Our two-inch-thick French toast was topped with maple syrup and thick-sliced bananas. It was nicely fried but I wish they had given us more syrup even if it might go too dessert-y. It came in a big portion and it was better to be eaten upon its arrival.
The cappuccino we ordered seemed standard but I just simply needed it for my breakfast.

The waitresses were efficient, friendly and attentive, making our brunch a lovely relaxing time.I love this place for the relaxing and cozy ambience and I will definitely return for another Sunday morning soon.
