DISHES:
🍜Plum & pork belly ramen - pretty rich broth & flavourful, great for a rainy day. Pork belly was too fatty for Pan’s liking😕
🍗Chicken wings - came in 3 styles, Pan’s personal fav was the cheese one, very flavourful. The spicy & smoked spicy ones were quite mild 🤷🏻♂️Quite juicy nonetheless!
🍣Seared scallop sushi - quite standard and slightly pricey for what it’s worth. No wasabi provided.
🍛Deluxe meat don - sizeable 🍚topped with smoked chicken, pork & ox-tongue, all grilled to perfection. All meats were pretty tender & juicy. Recommended 👏🏼
🍆Grilled eggplant - surprisingly good, a mouthful of goodness with garlic bits & Katsuobushi (bonito flakes). Also, look at the size! Recommended 👍🏼
