South Lane has been on my list for a while now. With the aim of promoting ‘green eating’, their menu is 80% vegetarian and their drinks are completely dairy-free too! 🪴☀️Pic 1️⃣: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐥𝐢 / 超級乾果椰子乳酪 - $88 hkd 🍓 — Loved this colourful muesli bowl to start off with! It’s packed with seasonal fruits, nuts and dried fruit for a good chew and crunch, served alongside their organic blueberry coconut yoghurt which was so creamy and delicious without being overly sweet.
— Loved this colourful muesli bowl to start off with! It’s packed with seasonal fruits, nuts and dried fruit for a good chew and crunch, served alongside their organic blueberry coconut yoghurt which was so creamy and delicious without being overly sweet.

— A signature item of theirs and it’s no surprise why! This completely vegan stack makes use of sweet potato in their pancake batter to give it that insanely chewy texture and naturally sweet flavour which makes it so hard to resist! It’s topped with their homemade raspberry peanut butter, which has the perfect balance of nuttiness, crunch and a slight tang to it which balances out the sweetness. Finished with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes for extra aroma and crunch and a delicious maple syrup, these pancakes definitely won’t disappoint.

— Flavours in this were good but personally a bit heavy to be able to finish the entire portion. The bechamel and camembert combination was pretty tasty and very creamy with a savoury profile. The potatoes had the perfect soft, fluffy texture, and soaked in all the flavours of the sauce nicely. The entire dish was great for dipping but definitely needs to be shared.

— Personally thought the leafy vegetable taste was a bit too strong here, and the pea shoots were a bit too overpowering. Seasoning was pretty good but would’ve liked a stronger chicken flavour to the broth.

Pic 5️⃣: 𝐔𝐣𝐢 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐎𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 - $52 hkd 🍵
— The drink was thick and creamy but the hojicha taste could’ve been more prominent.

Pic 6️⃣: 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 - $42 hkd ☕️
— A bit watery and the coffee taste wasn’t very prominent.
