Great food but poor service

Great tasty vegetarian food but very slow and not very friendly service. Rice dishes and pea sprout dish are always tasty.  The deep fried mushroom dish sprinkled with sour bits and the the green beans with chopped up black olives are some of my favorites.  I have never tried the set lunch at this restaurant since I was informed that they did not have the menu in English.
