The noodles have good texture, nice and chewy, and also absorb the soup flavor. The broth is nice and flavorful, not too salty. The beef and beef tendon texture were quite nice but it is lacking flavor. The beef is lacking flavor, only the outside surface has some flavor from being in the soup for a while.
