I had the pleasure in trying out All- You- Can- Eat the second day I arrived HK. My aunt was so sweet to have booked Shiki Etsu for our family gathering. It was a very delightful experience as people kept telling me the service in HK was terrible but the staff at Shiki Etsu was surprisingly polite and welcoming. It was a very delightful experience as people kept telling me the service in HK was terrible but the staff at Shiki Etsu was surprisingly polite and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and spacious with an amazing view. They had a tremendous variety in the choices. Their sashimi was amazingly fresh. It was totally worth more than $248 by the time I finished my sashimi. I then moved on to cooked dishes. I can tell the chef took time in making sure the skewers were cooked perfectly. The tempura was superb! It was fresh and crispy. The flour was not too thick, it was just right! I have already reserved another night here to dine out with my friends.
