First time I tried Hong Kong burger I was extremely impressed. The staff was well mannered and the burger i ordered was amazing. The second time I recommended to take out burgers again with my friends. By the time we got home we realised they got one of our burgers wrong. But to avoid the complaining I ate the burger. This time I was really hungry and finish work wanted to try their hot dogs. They didn’t have a menu on hand and the staff didn’t understand English when I ordered the chilli cheese dog. He was nice enough to come out and have me point at the big photo of the chilli cheese dog I wanted. By the time I went home I realised…there was no chilli meat on top of my burger! Just a few Slices of cheese! So I went back down as I thought “not again!” Turns out the guy taking my order didn’t order the correct item which is really clumsy. I even thought perhaps the English and the Chinese for the food item was differently translated therefore this mistake occurred. But it wasn’t . anyway, I waited again. But they gave me back the old fries which was now cold. I asked please give me hot fries! I waited due to your mistake. They didn’t apologise and just gave me a look like I was hella annoying. Just living next door I’m the lift to go home I wanted to check again the order was correct and I saw the dog was completely on its side. At this point I really felt disappointed. Seems like they no longer care as much as they did when they first opened. I even recommended so many neighbours to order their burger after my first experience. I hope they improve their customer service manners and communication along with more care. Unfortunately , this really put me off eating the dog.At least the fries was still good .. thankfully…
