It was nicely packed in a paper bowl. The noodles were at the base with some sauce, topped by the pork cartilages, some minced pork, lettuce and chopped spring onion. The noodles were not too soft at all when we started to eat. They were of those thick type of noodles and were still a little bit chewy. There was enough sauce to go with the noodles. There were 2 big pieces of pork cartilages together with some smaller pieces. The pork cartilages were perfectly soft and were very well seasoned. Yummy! The portion was quite right.

The salted crispy chicken were served separately. There were 7 pieces and portion was quite big. Most if not all were chicken breasts yet they were not too hard. There was a very thin layer of salted crust. Everything else was the same for the noodles.
肉躁青菜 at $28
To increase veggies consumption, we also ordered vegetables with minced pork. The lettuces and minced pork were the same as those in the noodles. Lettuces were fresh and the minced pork was quite healthy.
To conclude, 豬軟骨撈麵 was my recommendation!
Last but not the least, thanks my love for bringing me dinner all the way from the restaurant
