To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Nanhai No. 1. This dining place is a fusion mix with the eye-bar . Decent enough for drinks and chill with extensive choices .Located on 30th floor, chic ambience with soft lightening . For snacks , they provide prawn crackers , that I actually think it is so much better than the peanuts ! Since we don't take Shark Fin anymore , we decided to take the set with 8 course which cost $589 per person . Here comes the starter . The sliced tomato is extremely fresh and refreshing , freezing cold with juicy content . A good start .

This is under average . The soup is not hot enough that cetainly is a fatal mistake . The soup doesn't arouse us , it seems like over artifical . Adding too much seasoning and MSG that cover the nature hint .

Another appetizer . Another good start 

The sauce is really thick and mellow , I guess the add Huadiao wine in it , that goes harmoniously with the egg white . The steam egg white is pure , in a extremely smooth texture , urge a big contrast with the firm crab claw . 

 
King prawn served in bang sauce

For the main course , come up with their signature dish -the King prawn served in bang sauce . It served as per pax, with a mini fried bread (饅頭). Bread toasted in thin crust , not oily , but crispy . The sauce is some kind like a mixture of curry and satay hint , very tastythat goes perfectly with the bread . Prawn is big and fresh .This one is highly recommended.

For vegetables ,  Sautéed asparagus with mushrooms and garlic was not bad, but a little bit over oily and salty .

Sticky Rice is so so , nothing special . The texture is not chewy as I thought, I guess is overcook , it seems like a bit soggy and soft . The content is not fruitful too , maybe base on their small portion . Good for girls ' tummy .

For dessert , end up in western style , both fancy and safe combination . The hint is not sweet ,lime sobert with assorted fruits are  refreshing and juicy . However , The cheese cake is not rich enough. But surly someone appreicate light texture .

Overall service was fine but the point is  they served dishes too fast at the beginning that certainly urge the dining experience lost luster since they provide such fusion fine din .
Just a kindly remind , all windows seats require minimum charge of $500 person, based on their price list , it's reasonable .
