工作需要有時接待外國客人,帶佢地特色餐廳食飯飲野,朋友今次介紹我去銅鑼灣一間飲+食fusion 餐廳,客人到前與男朋友去體驗下先。一進餐廳,地方很寬躺我被落地玻璃的夜景吸引著,就要服務員安排窗邊坐位餐前先點了一round happy hour 🍸🍹我喜歡Wildberry Dream , 好fresh不太甜!打開menu ,菜色揉合了中式食材西式煮法,我喜歡花膠螺頭片的波士頓龍蝦🦞湯,兩者都是我至愛味道濃郁但又帶來中菜養生特色。日本客人挺喜歡中式辣菜,我們就點了牛油果川味辣子鷄,辣子雞好野味,配上牛油果整道菜口感up另外份量挺大足夠4-6人味嚐!另外再點了松露海皇鮑汁海皇燴米形飯,平日我對炒飯麵飯就一般,黑松露香鮑汁濃互不搶其特色,米形飯咬口像米飯但實質是意大利麵類,食落感受到廚師心思我和男友享受一個完美晚餐,值得推介客人的wine & dine list

日本客人挺喜歡中式辣菜,我們就點了牛油果川味辣子鷄,辣子雞好野味,配上牛油果整道菜口感up
另外份量挺大足夠4-6人味嚐!
