To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚餐我地試咗脆脆bb 豬, 每人一件仔. 好脆!另外試了其他小菜, 呢期做緊土樓懷舊美食, 試咗"梅菜扣肉", d 梅菜好正, 撈飯一流 土樓雞, 都 ok, 不太特別. 仲有其他小菜, 無咩特別, 不提.小菜份量偏細 (變相價格高), 枱與枱之間太迫, 直頭是椅背互相緊貼的.個湯用茶壺及茶杯上, 侍應幫我地酙湯時, 個杯突然烈開一半跌落枱面, 湯亦倒瀉到客人面前 , 嚇親, 攪到我都唔敢拎起個杯飲湯好在沒有傷及任何人. 侍應君真地補番3杯湯比我地, 事後亦有專人解釋及道歉呢間酒樓最吸引反而係甜品, 份量夠晒大, 一份可4-5人 share, 價錢亦很合理, 又有很多款式, 味道亦唔錯! 我地試咗 1) 祖母曲奇+雪糕 : 用一個大鐵 pan, 焗咗一塊巨型朱古力曲奇, 類似 brownie (不過係硬的), 再加上 5 球 vanilla ice cream, 幾好味(2) 糖絲蛋散 : 蛋散 + 彩色糖絲, 賣相靚, 味道好(2) 甜薄撐 : 好好味見到好多人叫 101 拿破崙, 好巨型, 好似好好味, 每次侍應拎住都好多人望 下次要試下.

小菜份量偏細 (變相價格高), 枱與枱之間太迫, 直頭是椅背互相緊貼的.
