I have wanted to try this restaurant since its opening. But as my wife detests hamburger, I had not a chance to pay a visit.Today, as my friend will be leaving for UK the next day and he picked this restaurant for his farewell lunch, I finally had a chance to try this restaurant who claims themselves as burger expert.We went at 1230 hrs and got a booth easily. During the whole lunch period, we noticed the restaurant was only two-third full. May be because the majority of visitors in Harbour
Today, as my friend will be leaving for UK the next day and he picked this restaurant for his farewell lunch, I finally had a chance to try this restaurant who claims themselves as burger expert.
We went at 1230 hrs and got a booth easily. During the whole lunch period, we noticed the restaurant was only two-third full. May be because the majority of visitors in Harbour City were Mainland Chinese. Western food is not their preferred choice.
Anyway, since we came for the burger, it was probably more handy to pick the Combo. There are three choices and we both picked BLT Burger, Fries, Soda Combo.
When we asked the waitress to take the order, the waitress then asked us what choices of Fries and sodas we would like to have. Probably they had asked clients over a million times about these questions since its opening and I wonder why they had not make a better illustration in the menu to guide their clients on how to order a combo .
The two combos came about 20 minutes after we ordered. The presentation was good but for a price of $178, we expected more in the food quality.
Well, they were not so great as we expected. The burger meat was not juicy enough and the fries were, in my view, over deep-fried.
The Fries cost $48 if individual order. Very pricey and not value for money..
Finally I came, I tried. Once is good enough
