Butchers club is a good brand with high quality meat. One of the best in town. But this particular branch is disappointing , not from the ingredients, but the execution. I ordered wings. It came out raw the first time, and when I asked them to be recooked, it came out burnt. The funny part is that they probably didn't realize how burnt it was, and decided to refry (the already burnt ) wings and serve it again. Needless to say it was inedible. Burger's taste is not bad. Burger's taste is not bad. Meat quality is good, but the cook is inferior to the wanchai and central store.
At $100 a burger (the cheapest one), I expect better quality food.
