Summer Lime Mousse 
最後甜品也吸睛,清秀優雅,美美的讓人不捨得吃。 青檸啫喱加青檸mousse,頂層用了醃過的茴香和食用花裝飾。底層是用牛油焗過的麵包糠,加上青蘋果粒,清新酸甜,中和了dry aged 重肉的味道。
