Visited this Sichuan resto in Causeway Bay with my friend for lunch. .We shared a Dried Hot Pot, where we selected five ingredients, namely Pork Throat Cartilage, Chicken Gizzard, Pork Belly, Asparagus Lettuce and Wide Stretch Vermicelli. The portions of the gizzard and pork belly were a bit small though, making them less fulfilling. The lettuce was fresh and sweet, while the vermicelli was a bit soft.
