To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Waiting time: FAKE. Don't let them make a fool out of you. They make you wait and tell you they're reserved when there's plenty of empty tables inside. Tables that's been empty for hours. During my 1 1/2 hours of dinner, there were 5 empty tables surrounding us unoccupied the entire time. It's like going to a club waiting in line then going in but it's not even popping. Taste: Just ok. Wings were too salty. Yuzu beef soup barely have any beef in it and all I can taste was white pepper. Service:
