To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秘製牛肉腸也是一道考驗師傅功力的點心,秘製牛肉腸熱呼呼的放入口裡,絕對是人生中的享受之一。秘製牛肉腸牛肉給得不少,腸粉皮爽滑,撒上炸紅葱頭絲,淋上甜鹹的葱頭醬油,咕嚕一下子就滑入喉嚨,真是正點。

怪味鱈魚是朋友挺喜歡的一道主食,怪味鱈魚外面包裹的醬汁甜甜鹹鹹,但不會過於厚重而導致非常膩口,調味恰到好處,許久沒吃鱈魚的朋友又被怪味鱈魚外香脆內細緻滑嫩的肉質給圈粉,嘴中細嚼讓人回味無窮。

Dim Sum Library不能少的就是花膠撈麵,花膠撈麵料多實在,用力往下挖去,花膠通通跑出來,這撈麵超補。花膠滿是膠質,入口輕咬就化開,完全不需費力咀嚼,花膠鮑汁亦滲透撈麵之中,用唇齒留香來形容花膠撈麵也不為過。
