2018年快樂,歡送2017年緊係要一家人食餐飯,同屋企人食飯通常都係食中菜,今次試下呢間米芝連一星既頭水紫菜宴。呢個源自於新加玻既品牌,但做既係福建菜,由2005年開始已經不斷獲獎,當然最威都係拎左米芝蓮做星級餐廳。頭水即係第一次割既紫菜,只有一星期既採摘時間,所以係物罕而又營養豐富,可以話係紫菜入面既黃金。餐廳望到都好寬闊,今次安排左坐卡位,唔會同隔離位好迫,都坐得幾舒服。餐具用上左好美觀既設計,睇落好舒服又同雲石台面既設計好夾。有兩隻茶可以揀,分別係菊花同大紅袍,今次試左菊花茶,用左茶道理呢個台灣品牌,菊花飲落好清香。前菜係《拌頭水紫菜》($52),用上左涼伴既方法,用醋拌匀紫菜,新鮮得黎酸酸地食完好開胃。前菜再加一個《酥炸紫菜》($48),先食左濕既涼拌再食呢份係乾既,全部炸到勁香口勁脆,去到尾再食都仲保持到脆身。先有小菜《紫菜海蠣酥》($78),一黎已經聞到好香既蠔味,包上左紫菜一齊炸,炸得比較乾身不過蠔味都夠新鮮同幾大隻。主菜有《紫菜燉豬蹄》($98),果舊豬蹄真係唔係講笑,超大舊超多骨膠原,個湯真係勁多紫菜,飲一啖湯好清甜再咬一啖豬蹄夠滿足。撈蛋煎永遠都係食中菜至愛,《原

點可以唔叫飯之《漁民紫菜燜飯》($78),用上左福建漁民的傳統方法去整,將珍珠米、海蠣乾同頭水紫菜一同燜煮,味道夠濃郁同夠鮮味。

呢度既另一味招牌菜《百秒黃花魚》($69),超快咁用100秒燜煮就可以上菜,已經開左兩邊,方便一整就係食到魚肉,夠淋同食到原汁原味既黃花魚。

最後埋尾《酥炒芋芯》($89),本來一睇餐牌見到酥炸以為係甜品黎,望真啲原來係炒笑死,用上左好靚既檳榔芋,炒到外皮香脆,而外層帶咸香,入面就係芋芯既甜味,食飽飽為下一年努力。
