A very very good Guangdong restaurant in Sha Tin with a a very friendly price. The one thing they are known for are the bbq pork. It was one of the best I had at this price range. However, I have been here twice and the first time the prom was excellent. The second time not so much. I believe it is quite dependent of whether they just finished the bbq and whether I was enough to get the juicy cut. I believe it is quite dependent of whether they just finished the bbq and whether I was enough to get the juicy cut. The menu that was consistently good though was the hot pan aubergine with salted fish. Oh my! It was both salty and sweet and tangy. Because of the sizzling pan, the aubergine has a really nice crispy edge. I could eat this all day long. Even the fried veg were nice. Given that Sha Tin is not very hard to get to, it is worth the travel.
