真係第一次食海鮮會話難食,認真講煮海鮮真係無技巧,點煮都好起碼食落不過不失唔會去到難食囉😖首先佢一上台已經係凍,姐係唔係熱炒出嚟,其次啲肉一食就知係死肉,第三呢盤野入面有3分2都係得外殼無肉架夠哂伏,第四最重要既一點,佢既汁似係用水熟咗啲肉然後直接倒啲汁去盤野到涼拌完事,你睇下啲汁都”鯨”哂,已經唔入味仲要質素差味道差完全唔係炒蜆🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

食物已不算出聲,服務態度仍要九流兼十分差,早餐應該要開心,因為是一天的開始,不再惠顧。點熱咖啡就只說咖啡機壞了今天沒咖啡,但沒有說有凍咖啡。枱上沒叉,就告知職員,她也不耐煩叫我等等,當然結果沒了影,我要自己到旁邊的枱拿。要知道現在還有疫情,增加風險。

今日我們在「叉燒大王」午餐:咖喱牛肉炆伊麵,外觀、牛肉和伊麵份量都可以,味道都不錯。但炆得很油膩,而且伊麵很碎,我相信改善這兩個缺點,咖喱牛肉炆伊麵一定很受歡迎。另一款式是特餐:脆多士與炒滑蛋配瑞士汁雞翼撈麵,脆多士夠脆,炒滑蛋夠滑,又OK呵!瑞士汁雞翼撈麵,雞翼是頗大的,且有肉汁,瑞士汁甜甜地撈麵,偶然嘗嘗都不錯,特別是今次遇上較油膩的咖喱牛肉炆伊麵,有解油膩作用。特餐,不明白點解會叫特餐?特別的餐嗎?!

侍應仲推介我哋要食呢個炒蟹!真係冇諗過叉燒大王嘅炒蟹都係好好食!其實蟹好唔好食,好簡單,睇吓佢多唔多肉同埋膏,呢隻蟹就做到啦!
