Decent dinner at Queen's Cafe

I use to visit Queen's Cafe regularly but the frequency has decreased. The atmosphere is good in the restaurant but the quality of the food is not as good compared to before . The rib eye steak that I ordered was supposed to be medium but they somehow overcooked it but the sauce, soup and the others are good. The cream soup tasted good and the steak looked alright with rice but it was a bit dried out and hard to chew as it was overcooked. The price has increased over time but not the quality
