To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢假日行經糖街都人頭湧湧,聚集咗好多印尼、菲律賓、馬來西亞、泰國等國藉人士,攪到短短一條糖街水洩不通,對眼都只望住人群,一直忽略咗有間印尼食店添,如果唔係朋友介紹我,都唔識入去食印尼地道美食。必食推介🉐,花膠湯粉皮配原條魚 $88,湯底由雞熬製,雞湯有花膠香味,啖啖黏口骨膠原十足,花膠好大塊,吸收埋D雞湯真係好好味,點解幾十蚊就可以食到?點解??粉皮就似豬腸粉,唔知係個粉皮本身夠滑,定係啲湯令到佢更滑,總之就係滑,成碗花膠湯粉皮好好食👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼食到一半條魚至炸好,好得意嘅係側邊零零些些有一條秋葵,而條魚大過隻湯碗,炸得外脆內嫩,非常、極之抵食⭐️印尼小食拼盤$88,有炸秋葵、豆腐、雞翼、碎雞、黃豆餅,有肉有菜,件件大件夠飽肚,炸得又熱又脆,都唔錯。斑斕葉上海刨冰$58,大碗,又係大碗,我覺得係二人份量,食到有涼粉、大菜糕、一舊仔牛油果、罐頭荔枝、班蘭粉,夏天食好冰涼。
