去開銅鑼灣我都會抽空去排下隊食個車仔麵,點解呢?就是因為好味咁簡單,蘿蔔,豬腸,豬皮都非常入味,再加腩汁通菜,又怎麼捨得不坐低。我們大家不約而同地點了豬粉腸,分別不同的只是我點了豬皮而對方點了豬紅,粉腸不會韌,啃口適中,豬皮吸收了濃厚腩汁,看見已經流口水了通菜不配腐乳配腩汁,腐乳味道較咸和太搶味,所以另類選擇也是有原因的上枱快,20分鐘已經食完,不是新開打卡店人流流轉這麼快仍然要排隊等食,那它的口碑一定經歷個磨練
