好多人都知,依間舖頭成日都要排長龍,今日排得兩三個人,所以入去食。今次點咗美味齋、豬腸、冬菇車仔麵,另加一份雞翼尖。因為知佢車仔麵會加腩汁係湯汁到,所以特登點齋,吸收多D腩汁同湯汁,結果佢湯底冇令我失望,湯汁濃,腩汁香;豬腸又卤得又夠香;最令到我有驚喜嘅係冬菇,冬菇本身大隻又爽,佢嘅冬菇香味超濃,令到人唔會咁輕易忘記,大家值得一試呀。仲有一樣值得讚,就係每碗都有少許菜,令到整碗車仔麵無咁肥膩最後,要講下翼尖,佢用鮑汁煮的,好香,味道又夠,色澤又好,最重要係滷得夠入面,依碟翼尖,又係另一推介食品呀! continue reading

從10年前在銅鑼灣上班,一吃已經覺得驚為天人,到現在重回舊地,水準依然保持到10年前的風味,在我心中已經是全港最出色的車仔麵每次豬紅都是必點的,和平時車仔麵店食到的豬血不一樣,只有在榮記才食到如此Q彈滷得入味的豬紅!榮記車仔麵在銅鑼灣有2間分店,個人偏好於糖街分店的,感覺上調味沒有渣甸坊分店的死鹹當然在這種小店不能要求很好的服務態度,建議在進店前要想好點什麼配餸,不言在點餐時會承受店員無形的壓力,haha continue reading
