To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我真係超中意係grand Hyatt 入面既餐廳，水準好高，價錢親切。係個位置好吾就腳，一定要塞車至入到黎…sigh….食物我都懶得影，因為係第三次黎，入左個new world club，a la carte 85折，我自己都覺得平到吾好意思，食餐晚餐3千蚊霸人哋張卡位4個鐘….我想講點解個餐牌會甘殘甘dirty….汗…一定要叫seasonal chef recommendation ，刺身，甜味新鮮厚切，自己一定買吾到，果啲homakase呃人既，出返黎5星酒店食刺身啦⋯⋯吾係呢啲地方根本拎唔到呢種上乘貨式。天婦羅…..ummm… can skip…條日本鰻魚540大元，好貴好有日本的味道，好滑好滑。個sake list完全無驚喜，明既，親民價。有折可以不斷去，無折食set我都覺得抵，懷石料理至收千八。位既setting 好好，完全吾迫，隔得好開，今時今日仲有收3千蚊餐飯但係聽到隔離枱講咩既餐廳可以blacklisted
