放假約左朋友係旺角睇戲,近近地見到附近有呢間石燒牛,就入左去試啦~價錢上黎講都幾親民,但係選擇就唔算好多,得三種牛肉,三種重量揀。不過牛肉既價錢已經包左沙律,前菜,白飯,同飲品,仲係任裝添!我叫左300g牛肩肉,朋友叫左200g西冷。呢到既牛,全部都係厚厚一大舊~視覺上同口感都唔錯,因為大大啖肉丫嘛!牛肩肉既肉紋比較粗,口感比較紮實啲。雖然有啲筋,但係都唔算好誇張,而且肉味都頗濃郁。西冷既肉紋就比較幼細啲,入口比起牛肩會好咬啲,同樣肉味都頗濃郁。調味料方面有玫瑰鹽,黑椒粒,燒汁,芝麻汁,黑椒汁,都算多選擇,而且幾乾淨。特別要提既係佢地既前菜腌蘿蔔同泡菜十分之好食!!夠入味,又唔會太咸,泡菜都似係新鮮泡菜,係我鐘意個款~~我同朋友都夾完又夾,真係好好食!另外朋友話呢到既白飯係用珍珠米,都幾好食。我無食飯就唔知啦~~飲品方面,我揀左洛神花山楂茶,唔會太甜,可以解下膩,唔錯!
