當星期五8:30pm周圍店舖都要排隊,得佢一間唔使排,人們既選擇都話咗比你知佢地既選擇。因為周圍無位食,所以先入呢間。一黎到門口,個奇怪「大家食」燈牌幾有大陸感覺,姐姐同譚仔遮遮一樣操住強烈鄉音,另外有一肥大叔做侍應,唔講唔知食緊日本石燒,以為係「大家食」;提示食法既牌同「大家食」可能係同一個designer🥱野食方面叫咗個熟成安格斯,一個普通牛肩,講緊加埋成$368,貴過出面好食果d, 熟成都叫有香味,牛肩真係好硬(利申唔係食十成,7成左右);然後個餐係無飯😱無椰菜絲沙律,取而代之係韓國泡菜同酸蘿白(有韓國配菜係咩事,我諗原意係想解膩),大食既男仔都唔使旨意會飽總結下成件事好出戲,同唔好食又貴,唔信既自己拎錢去試下就明相就不嬲影咗先食,食落太伏勁想走就無影周圍 continue reading

雖然話價錢唔係最平嘅但係以質素來講真係係最抵食嘅我嚟咗幾次都比較鍾意食“磊牛扒” 聽佢哋話係牛板腱係牛肩隔離嘅位置我一個人食咗一個400克嘅磊牛扒 哈哈因為份量實在太多啦所以連飯都冇食只係牛肉湯同埋泡菜牛扒係冇腌过冇调味嘅我諗大概两成熟左右出到放喺石板度俾我哋自己烧自己调味果真係食到牛扒嘅原汁原味可以食到咁豐富嘅牛扒餐真係過得好抵食 會繼續幫襯希望磊犇開多幾間分店 更方便選擇  continue reading

首先我哋唔係第一次食石燒牛扒啦市面上都有唔少石燒牛扒店但係熟成牛扒就真係冇試過今次係磊犇試嘅係乾式熟成安格斯西冷牛扒跟餐有埋湯、飯同埋泡菜牛扒係切咗一塊塊放係木碟上嘅送餐時職員同我哋講熟成牛扒建議煎完之後切細細塊食口感會比較甘香及濃郁啲果然煎嘅時候就會聞到一陣甘香嘅牛味 咬落口感雖然唔夠Juicy但係都食到甘香濃郁牛味而且越咬越有香口 果然係不同風味 值得一試㗎!我哋兩個人一個叫左 熟成西冷  ,一個叫左 熟成肉眼,感覺 肉眼 會淡牛味D, 西冷口感甘香D……配菜 洋蔥 車里茄 都可以擺入石板燒架我哋  試過原味、加黑椒、加玫瑰鹽……個人感覺 都系原味 比較甘香回味。第一次試,感覺良好,會再幫襯啦! continue reading

犇?首先我真係唔知三隻牛呢個字讀乜嘢音?問咗先知道原來讀"奔"!石燒牛扒都唔算新鮮但係呢間鋪嘅質素我都覺得值得呢個價錢特別係服務態度真係勁好而且竟然唔使收+1我哋飲咗兩碗湯兩份小食佢哋都好好招呼冇唔耐煩的口氣!牛扒喺石板度可以自己燒自己鍾意食嘅熟度同埋調味啱啱食嘅時候覺得有啲麻煩但係食下食下又覺得幾享受又好玩最主要係牛扒都算靚所以我唔識乜嘢技巧都可以煎得唔錯!有興趣嘅可以試吓喇!個人推薦:安格斯西冷! 安格斯西冷! 安格斯西冷 !重要提示講三次, 而家仲送埋洛神花茶哦~ continue reading

之前食過超好食,但過左冇耐因疫情關左一輪,今日路過又見到開返就入去食返餐。一入去有個亞姐介紹熟成牛,話好甘香。我就叫左個熟成牛試下,我老公叫左個西冷。一坐低同以前唔同,唔係自助形式。亞姐話因疫情,所以係員工攞飯攞湯比我地。正常既。我個熟成牛$218,黎到d肉黑炆炆,已經唔對板,都算照放上石約1-2分鐘就起,煎好咬落口,硬到死,冇肉味,仲有陣雪味,難食到爆,我問亞姐d肉邊度黎,佢話澳洲,我即時dead air....大佬$218話多唔多話少唔少。垃圾。$50都比多佢。老公個舊西冷,食落口又係冇牛味,一大陣雪味。唉........大家試都唔好試.....浪費金錢....成間舖都係大陸人...問佢係唔係換左老細又話唔係。 continue reading
