To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. bagel不在此班門弄斧了,這次是頭一次體驗以師傅發辦的形式吃握壽司

這兒的壽司飯粒飽滿圓渾,顏色帶啡色,這是因為他們的壽司加入的是赤醋

拖羅用的部分是大腹,魚脂平均分佈到魚肉中,雪白的油花已令整片拖羅變成粉紅色了,放入口中如牛油化緩緩溶化,魚味濃郁,又令人回憶起在日本吃過的了,沒想過在香港用這個價錢也能吃到!

柚子雪芭:內藏些柚青,入口酸酸甜甜,當作飯後甜品,清清口腔又不重負擔。

前菜,師傅發辦壽司刺身,麵豉湯加柚子雪芭,夾起來都只要$250! Cp值爆燈!!! 絕對適合一些想體驗下師傅發辦形式,budget又不高的孩子。相信我,突登走入元朗也是絕對值得的! 13 貫 ,售賣為$180, 不用$200,就能體驗師傅發辦,去邊到揾呀?
