今日去左尖沙咀既香香宮煮打邊爐呢度除左打邊爐出色之外，呢度既裝修都好有風色，探用左傳統中國宮廷風格，將唔同既卡位改成唔同宮殿既夠，又提供宮廷服飾試穿，可以cosplay 下，影相留念。今日我地就坐坤寧宮不論餐埋、點菜紙定濕紙巾，全部都有特色設計過。湯底揀左花膠雞湯，半隻雞煮到七成熟，只要稍稍再煮返熱就食得。雞肉嫩滑，湯又夠濃郁，記得一定要飲返幾碗湯先好打邊爐！其他配料我地就揀左羊肉、珊瑚蚌、冬瓜、烏冬、菜心苗。兩個人食都夠哂。冬瓜同烏冬配呢個湯底食都好正
