To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Porter House森仔今次同新認識既朋友食豪dd。去到中環䔵桂坊食飯。今次選左一間高級西餐廳🍴:Porter House先說下個環境。餐廳位置其實真係非常方便,位於䔵桂坊既加洲大廈既七樓。而整座大廈和餐廳格調也是滿高級的。餐廳內部裝潢滿有格調和氣氛,營造到蠋光晚餐般,燈光暗暗的,同時枱和枱間隔得較遠,方便客人談天,而不被聽到。另外,座位亦坐得舒服,讚👍🏼說回食物的質素。當天餐湯是龍蝦湯。龍蝦湯蠻有龍蝦味,同時口感好滑,應該是用了上級的忌廉,造成此順滑的口感。此外,湯中亦有幾件龍蝦肉,不錯👌🏻👍🏼另外亦附上了各款的餐包,有黑糖麵包和法式軟包。不過,森仔對麵包興趣不大,所以也沒有什麼評價。頭盤係veal and mushroom carpaccio。此為包括牛仔肉薄切,配上芝士及鵝肝慕絲等。味道不錯👍🏼,而造法有一點分子料理的感覺。森仔覺得幾特別,可以一試!Seared Hokkaido Scallop係另一道前菜,包括了帶子和意大利🇮🇹火腿。用上特製既醬汁令到兩種食材溶為一體,帶來新的味道👍🏼👍🏼帶子好好食!森仔覺得當天最好食的,一定係Grilled USDA Prine Beef

先說下個環境。
餐廳位置其實真係非常方便,位於䔵桂坊既加洲大廈既七樓。
而整座大廈和餐廳格調也是滿高級的。

龍蝦湯蠻有龍蝦味,同時口感好滑,應該是用了上級的忌廉,造成此順滑的口感。此外,湯中亦有幾件龍蝦肉,不錯👌🏻👍🏼
另外亦附上了各款的餐包,有黑糖麵包和法式軟包。
不過,森仔對麵包興趣不大,所以也沒有什麼評價。

此為包括牛仔肉薄切,配上芝士及鵝肝慕絲等。味道不錯👍🏼,而造法有一點分子料理的感覺。森仔覺得幾特別,可以一試!

森仔覺得當天最好食的,一定係Grilled USDA Prine Beef 🥩 Sirloin 。首先個材料好新鮮,同時肉扒既級數亦很高,牛味好重。最重要個煮亦好好,先煮熟4面,鎖住肉汁,其後慢煮到5成熟!🤤🤤🤤🤤正丫,森仔食到唔停口。
另外,亦有甘荀和露荀做配菜。而其全部亦用牛油炒過的,正!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

另外,森仔亦叫左Australia Rangers valleyRib eye 👁 。e個肉眼扒口質較林身,容易食。同時,牛味亦較西冷扒濃。廚師切薄片,五分熟的味道和口質岩岩好,不錯不錯👍🏼

另外,我地亦叫左環球海鮮燒烤拼盤。這一個真係不得了,包含了很多美味的海鮮,如:加拿大🇨🇦龍蝦,北海道帶子,蟹,西班牙八瓜魚和虎蝦。全部海鮮均十分新鮮,而經過調味及燒烤後,食材提升了一個味道既層次!😽😽😽特別令森仔喜出望外的係西班牙八瓜魚,真係燒得好好味,又帶有口感。

整體來說,食物質素好高,而環境同氣氛更加係無得頂👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😽😽不過,價錢真係幾貴的。如果係大時大節黎食一餐,絕對👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤤🤤🤤🤤
