自從係紅磡食過醬油蟹之後,我就深深俾呢道菜吸引住。今日就搵埋朋友去左銅鑼灣再試一試韓國每日新鮮送港嘅醬油蟹同其他傳統韓式食物。餐廳大部分店員都係韓國人而且服務態度好。一落完單,店員就會送上特式韓國前菜,分別有茄子、泡菜、波菜、薯仔、大豆芽同豆干。醬油蟹&紫菜牛油飯($280/一隻)醬油蟹一上檯已經聞到勁香醬油味。蟹膏澎湃之餘,蟹肉仲晶瑩剔透好新鮮!醬油唔會太咸或太甜,蟹膏蟹肉撈埋紫菜牛油飯一齊食,味道超夾!烤牛肉($160)食韓國菜,緊係要食埋韓燒。呢到嘅烤牛肉一啲都唔肥,牛肉醃得啱啱好之餘,肉質都好好。烤牛肉每舊都好皇牛肉味,食落又淋又滑。海鮮嫩豆腐鍋($158)呢個鍋以海鮮同豆腐做主角,湯底辣度適合香港人口味。蝦同蜆嘅鮮味令到湯底飲落好鮮甜。微辣湯底,加上嫩滑豆腐,配埋白飯,有一種微妙的嘅味道,令人越食越想食。海鮮蔥煎餅($128)海鮮蔥煎餅將海鮮、蔥同麵粉混合煎製而成。煎餅煎到脆一脆,搭配海鮮同蔥既香氣,味道更上一層樓。用完餐,店員仲會主動送上雪米糍做甜品。
