同朋友食晚飯,朋友想食韓燒,介紹左依間,就食下。一坐底就叫左兩支韓國啤酒,味道唔錯。有八款前菜。食韓燒就當然食韓牛,叫左個薄切牛肉同牛骨。一薄切牛一到服務員就不停燒,不過好明顯個牛跟本未解凍,冰冰地,我朋友叫左個侍應不用幫手燒,她說自己燒,我們一路食一路都有不同嘅侍應黎燒。初初我會覺得她們幾好服務,後來發現原來因爲她們營業時間到十一點,向尖沙咀都算早。未解凍到嘅牛食落會又乾又勒。我們燒羊肉先。羊肉薄些,燒起上黎好快熟,食落肉味一般,肉質唔錯。再叫左個墨魚,成隻墨魚已經好吸引,聽聞依間係幾正宗嘅韓燒就緊係要叫依個。燒墨魚食落好好味,有驚喜牙口感好爽,食唔停口。食到依家再燒反個牛,因為牛肉已經解凍左,食落就已經兩種唔同嘅味道,牛肉食落好有汁,好軟化好味食到尾燒到甘上下,原來已經十點半,真係快樂不知時間過,依家開始先食個鍋,個牛肉鍋都幾足味,牛肉薄薄的,幾香口,不過如果早些知收十一點,我們應該唔會叫依個鍋,尖沙咀如果食晚飯下次真係要留意下營業時間最後因爲她們收工,大部份嘅牛肉鍋都外賣左唉,我們同她們講無黎到牛骨,原來她們落錯單將牛薄切落左兩碟,待應是外籍人,真係有小小溝通唔到
