第一次認識Blue Bottle Coffee是我10年是我家老爺帶我去三藩市飲的,那是嘅Blue Bottle已在當地薄有名氣知名小店. 10年後好開心見到這家店係香港開佢地嘅海外分店灣仔旗艦店舖位置不是在開恆冷氣嘅大型商場,也不是在熱鬧的大街上,而是在日月星街,隱藏在灣仔的後街位置,像是在繁囂的鬧市中, 讓人可以停下來休息的後花園. Cafe 樓高3層,簡約設計反而更顯時代感,客人可以坐在外面嘆住咖啡跟朋友聊天,又或是坐在二,三樓的餐廳位置,食個waffle,看看書,放空一下！Relax! 🔮New-Orleans Style 以Cold Blew Black Coffee 加奶, 咖啡味清新而香濃,還將一種植物菊苣根加入其中,所以入口微甜,口感比普通latte更滑.一飲醒神,就算飲哂成杯之後,個口喉嚨一直都有那股咖啡香漓漫着.難怪被譽為精品咖啡界嘅apple呀！
