去完灣仔有個workshop. Dinner又未夠鐘，於是決定搵間Cafe坐佢兩粒鐘，所以要搵間舒服少少實在太熱啦諗到呢度原來都唔係咁舒服 ,如果有位坐係舒服嘅，不過呢度嘅arrangement實在有啲難搞 , 全棟係自己嘅當然好啦，但係客人要行上行落座位又唔係跟隊排要自己霸位，同埋啲人一坐坐幾個鐘，有啲舒服嘅位都俾人坐晒。結果我就只係可以喺欄杆旁邊嘅流動位置加張凳坐咗兩粒鐘😞叫咗凍嘅Matcha Latte 有啲後悔，又叫咗$4x嘅窩夫. （雖然個窩夫熱辣辣好好食，不過40幾蚊有確實係⋯⋯⋯）其實都好驚攞住啲嘢食嘢飲行上行落 continue reading

星期一下午三點半到達Blue Bottle Coffee灣仔店，店內二樓和三樓有很多空位，我直接選了一個靠窗的位置坐下。點了一杯cappuccino，邊喝咖啡邊悠閒地處理工作。環境不錯，咖啡的味道也很棒，但整體體驗有幾點值得分享： 1. 自取咖啡不便：點單必須親自在一樓完成，然後需要自己將咖啡帶上二樓或三樓。他們不提供送咖啡服務，而樓梯比較陡峭，端著咖啡上下樓梯並不方便。 2. 沒有Wi-Fi服務：店內不提供Wi-Fi，相比其他咖啡店，這一點顯得有些落後，對需要用電腦辦公的人來說不太友好。 3. 洗手間細節不足：洗手間裡的洗手液，無論是掛牆的還是放在洗手盆旁的，竟然都是空的，給人一種細節不到位的感覺。 雖然咖啡和環境都不錯，但種種細節上的不足，讓我覺得這家店並不值得特意去朝聖。適合附近的上班族或住戶隨意來坐坐，但如果你期待從服務到設施都很完善的體驗，可能會有點失望。 continue reading

和居住在金鐘的朋友於下午茶時間會面，在星街附近一帶找個咖啡室吃點東西及聊天。見這家餐廳三層高，有落地大玻璃窗，外型特別。推門進入，受它簡潔的裝修風格吸引，於是決定一試。點餐時，店員們親切友善。我點了一個牛角包（$28）及熱香茅茶（$48），熱茶由店員用茶葉及熱水即叫即沖，用心製作，不是茶包茶，很有誠意。找到倚靠玻璃窗邊的座位，邊看著舊樓街景邊享受食物，室內的現代化環境和窗外的舊樓成對比。熱香茅茶香醇，溫度高，牛角包烘焙過，鬆脆有香濃牛油味，份量亦不細小。環境寧靜舒適，邊享用熱茶邊看著街景思考一下人生觀。到離開時，門外仍有很多遊客打卡，期望日後有機會重臨。 continue reading

原來灣仔有間三層高嘅Blue bottle Coffee，加上有Marimekko限定，所以依日朝早自己一個去食早餐🌟🌟 雖然產品已一早售罄，但都想打個卡留念。環境非常舒適，攞完餐點隨意上咗二樓坐，但原來三樓更加寬敞自在。由於當日只有細嘅Marimekko限定杯，所以我點咗一杯Macchiato，另外再order咗Ham and cheese croissant，入面嘅醬配襯咗ham and cheese，的確幾好味😋依間cafe好適合無所事事、打發時間去食嘢坐吓，真係幾chill🌟 continue reading
