To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I have been eating this restaurant almost 20 times since 2012 and it was in Festiva, JP plaza before. My favourite dish, wagyu steak and egg hast skillet, the taste is amazing😚I have been order it more than 10 times and why’s my favourite😝What I can tell you is the combination of this dish is so prefect 👌🏻 for me maybe😬,

It includes homefries, steak, cheese, kind of mushroom and double poached eggs 🍳!!!🤤
Before you try it make sure you know what to do with them is mix it together and you can feel the real taste of it🤩Egg with cheese and homefries with steak 🥩 I can use one word to describe this flavour- supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. That’s why I bring all my besties go there and I also recommend everyone to try this.

It’s my first time to order this pasta and it’s quite surprised as the sauce of the linguine pasta is just right👍🏻the pasta arrives with a smells like garlic and strong flavour of wild mushrooms which is really flavourful😍 the pasta is soft with a little bit chewy😋
