I have tried Mammy eggettes in Hung Hom for few times and always the reviews have been very good. Mammy’s process of doing eggettes have always been systematic to details. Thus, even though there is no people in front of us, we still need to wait for 10 min as it was made on the spot.
They will always place the eggettes in front of a fan to cool it down a little before serving. As the photos suggest, there is a lot of chocolate bites coated inside the eggettes. Again, it did not disappoint me. Every piece was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I dared to say Mammy served the best chocolate eggettes as far as I am concerned.
