I've always liked Zoe's cake, and would be tempted to go and buy a piece once in a while. Also, I've always known their service...well, I should say they have NO SERVICE. I just called to order a small cake for 4 persons. W: We don't go by lbs, we go by inches. (Can't you just tell me, yes, we have a xx inch cake, good for 4 person, is that good for you? Why do you have to "inch" the customer in the first place?)
M: Ok then, is it good for 4?
W: Yes, that is good for 4
M: Can you tell me what kinds you have in that size? I want it today.

Just talking to the waiter makes you so mad. I've been there at other times, and also experienced their bad service. My advice to the Owner (Zoe, I suppose), if you want to sell your cakes at this price, the service must be improved. I know the cake shop has been there for many years and business is not a problem, but don't you want your customers to have a happy experience? From what I see in OpenRice, the thing you must improve is your service.
