Went with the GF for dinner. First time here.1) Coconut pancake roll had a crispy skin, much like a spring roll. This is just wrong. Coconut pancake roll skin should have the texture of a crepe. Soft and chewy. It also looked quite different from the picture in the menu (unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the menu). The filling was also too dry. 2) Nasi lemak with breaded fish fillets. (First time seeing nasi lemak with fish fillets. its usually a chicken wing or a whole small fried fish. Ok never mind, perhaps this is an adjustment for the local taste). Breaded fish fillets were a bit dry and chewy. Rice was quite fragrant. Ikan billis not fried well enough so they were hard and difficult to chew. Chilli sauce was correct.
3) I think satay could have used more char (gf disagrees because cancer) but was overall alright. Peanut sauce was good.
4)Water spinach with squid in chilli sauce (written as chilli sauce in in the menu but should be sambal) was my favourite dish.
Not a bad experience overall but please fix coconut pancake rolls. They are totally wrong!
