It’s definitely perfect for people like me that cannot eat bones
It’s fried just perfectly and extremely crunchy with slightly chewy skin
The white flesh is still moist and soft

Those I have had before are usually made from pork stomach which is chewy but lack of flavours
However, they switched it into pork tendon in this version which is really chewy and spongy that absorbed all the flavours from the broth
I love how crazily rich the pepper is
