I LOVE steak, and it's replaced the JJ's, one of the very first place I hanged out long time ago with lots of memories; plus the press release in newspaper, make it becomes a must-try.

Entering the restaurant, it's really very JJ's. Basically, the shell has not changed much, leaving a playful sense mix-and-match with the steakhouse.

Greeting service is pleasant, menu and water are quickly served once I get seated. I like the wine menu, not thick like a dictionary but simply with choices under different major wine grapes and sommelier's professional recommendation. Food menu is even easy, one page of Appetizer and Soup, one page of Beef with US, Canadia and Japanese choices) plus one of dessert, and cocktail drinks and beer at the back.

Before my friend arrived, I ordered Berry Mijito, looks pretty!

Later, we ordered a bottle of Red, Pinot Noir to pair with the steak

Garlic bread in front of me, totally finished 3 pcs

They highly recommended the Salad Bar, which is $150; friendly price. We ordered one for share. The smoked salmon is surprisingly good, others are up to standard but not really special.

Another appetizer is the Tuna tartar,
It's perfect.
We also ordered half dozen of oysters for share, 3 types, coffin bay is my favourite.

3 choices of Soup
I ordered Clam Chowder, always love it although it easily make me full. They do it so lovely that I can finish the whole bowl without hesitation.

My friend ordered the Lobster Bisque, very smmoth but the taste of Cognac is a bit too strong

After finishing these, I already felt full

Steak supposed is the Star of the night, we ordered the US Rib Eye, medium rare, for share, Nicely prepared and presented, I like the texture, soft and a little sweet and juicy. Cream Spanich as side order, not bad. However, it's not dry-aged like some other steak house served, seems a little deduction of marks.

No room for dessert...and they highly recommended, so will come back again to try
I had 3 pcs
