Truely another extremely good experience. This place has not failed me until this point!  I got there at 7pm and the place was already packed with people, and had to wait around 10 mins to find a seat, pretty much a free-for-all situation.  椒鹽鮮魷: Super thin crust, very crispy, not greasy at all. Truely another extremely good experience. This place has not failed me until this point!

紅燒乳鴿: We ordered 4, so there were 2 pairs of wings and legs each, also came with the head. The skin was the best part, super crispy, though a little greasy, but it was very tasty!
 Meat was tough, very tender, was dry, but thats the texture of the meat. It was super easy to eat! Not too salty, but more 香口, skin brings out the majority of the flavour that burst out.

雞粥: We ordered a large bowl to share among us, and the congee was seasoned well, very thick texture
 chicken tasted fantastic, very strong flavours, feels like no more pepper is needed. 
 Just the overall taste was absolutely perfect.

琵琶豆腐: Deep fried tofu, so crispy on the outside and super warm and soft in the inside. It also came along with some greens, but the most outstanding thing is the sauce!! 
 Sauce was mixed with soy sauce with a little bit of garlic and sugar, which is perfect for the deep fried skin!

🌽魚肚羹: this came very much later after we finish all the food. But it was worth the wait.  The fish maw was cooked thorough, texture was a little chewy, didn't taste anything as the majority of the taste came from the corn soup. Also had a bit of egg to add a little bit more flavours. The corn flavour was super strong so the dish smell really good and tasted delicious.


This is a Dai Pai Tong, so the environment may not be so comfortable, but the food was very very good. Brings a lot of memories how we used to go out and eat, how old Hong Kong used to be. Since Ive been here like a million times, I will still come back here to eat if i get the chance.
