Amazing! But could easily fare better if ...

Tried the longan, durian and mango desserts. Quality of the fruits was great and the sorbet is top class. It's nice... but a little one dimensional at times when its sweetness was overpowering. Ratio of sorbet to other ingredients was too high. The intensity of the sorbet's sweetness begs that it be paired with companion ingredients that are less sweet. Ratio of sorbet to other ingredients was too high. The intensity of the sorbet's sweetness begs that it be paired with companion ingredients that are less sweet. However, those ran out too fast because there was too little! Seeing that this shop also served traditional desserts, I was hoping for some fusion of those desserts with its signature icy desserts. Ingredients like tapioca or yam or nuts might be an awesome counter to the sweetness of the sorbets. Wishful thinking but it would be great you know!

The queue outside runs along pretty fast so don't worry if you see a long one when you visit.
