位於銅鑼灣的聰嫂星級甜品,是一間出名甜品店。當晚和吃貨們去吃曰本料理,但完全不飽,只好即時加多場去吃甜品吧芒果椰果冰$35我最愛吃芒果,朋友說這裡的椰果冰最出名,我就選擇一份芒果椰果冰吧。椰果冰是一個大球體,朋友笑指像馬拉糕呢。芒果椰果冰冰感剛好,不至於冰得上腦,不至於冰震囗龍,芒果味特出超鮮甜,味道不錯。我嚐了一囗龍眼椰果冰,覺得龍眼味不濃,有點膠膠的味道呢。耀華街11號地舖大王東街21-23號地舖 continue reading

I have been to this place several times, but just started reviewing restaurants in Hong Kong.This shop is by far the best modern Chinese dessert place in Hong Kong. Great taste and great value.I put in "modern" because it has some ingredient that is not traditionally available (e.g. mango, durian, etc). However, it caters a wide range of people, from a very traditional ones (like Sesame balls in ginger soup - Tang yuan, and the braised sweet potato that one of our group ordered). My personal favourites are the Longan shaved ice, and Mango tofu custard (Toufu Hua),2 of which we ordered. Both longan and mango remind me of my home (Thailand) as they are tropical fruits. But that is not only the point, they have perfect taste, and my major concern is they are not too sweet. You might be a bit turned down when seeing how long the queue is, but their turnover is high and the queue is fast. Don't expect to come back when there is no queue because that ain't gonna happen! Don't expect to sit around after you finish your meal. Of course, they are not going to kick you out, but you get the idea.  continue reading

飯後甜品的魅力真的沒法擋, 只不過是星期三晚, 又不是Happy Friday, 但9點過後的聰嫂甜品門外卻有十數人在等外賣/排隊等候入座。很幸運, 這晚等了約5分鐘便可入座。還未正式入夏,為安全計我們點選了一冷一熱的甜品,以免著涼。蜜瓜豆腐花 (冷)甜品一放下,一陣陣芳香的蜜瓜味己經直撲我鼻。豆腐又滑又有黃豆味,豆腐花用了蜜瓜蓉除代了傳統的糖水,蜜瓜蓉很幼滑很綿,有點像沙冰,但沒有明顯的碎冰粒,蜜瓜味濃。再配上新鮮蜜瓜粒,每一啖都有芳香、滑溜、清甜的蜜瓜味,!薑汁鮮奶燉蛋白 (熱)薑汁混和鮮奶後,嗅覺和味覺都只感受到薑汁味,所以對於不太喜歡牛奶羶味的人來說,這個甜品很易入口。薑汁味雖濃,但不辣或焯喉。蛋白又滑又有彈性。整體感覺很好。以銅鑼灣區來說,$30以下可以品嚐到這樣高質數的甜品,相當化算! continue reading

Waiting time to be seated was very quick.Desserts was prepared very fast! Durian with crystal seeds 😘Service is very efficient and friendly waiters. Overall is a very good experience. Remember to take Queue number first before lining up! continue reading

Walked in around 5:30 as I wanted to find a place to sit down reply an email before early dinner.   I ordered mango tofu flower with ginger juice.  The dessert took around 5 minutes to arrive.  Taste was good except for the mango, which was too old.  I had to spit out some undigestible fibre from the mango.  The shop was bustling with a long queue outside but honestly I think it's because of the earlier "fame" and the convenient location in Yiu Wa Street.  A bowl of something like this for over HK$30 is definitely overrated.  Maybe much goes to the rent!  continue reading
