Carbone is probably one of those Italian restaurants that kept their standard on both food and service at all time ! Also a great spot for celebrations ! Caprese; made with fresh heirloom tomato, burrata and salsa verde. It is indeed a very simple dish, therefore fresh ingredients are vital ! Love their tomato’s, they are fresh and crispy !!!! Some are sweet some are a little sour but perfectly balanced ! Yes and it’s pretty photogenic!

Their super signature pasta, spicy rigatoni vodka served with tomato, onion and Calabrian oil. The texture of the pasta was al denta , chewy but didn’t taste like flour on every bite. Yes it’s simple ingredients but the sauce was well balanced ! Simple but tasteful!

Tortellini al ragu, made with sheep milk ricotta cheese, bolognese sauce and topped with parmensan. If you like ricotta cheese this is what you should order. The cheese didn’t have a strong aroma, it was soft and smooth texture wrapped in the perfect size ! Whereas the bolognese sauce wasn’t chunky like how you would imagined ! There was a slight beef aroma and once it’s eaten with the ricotta it was perfect.

Who will say no to dessert ! I always love their lemon cheesecake here ! It’s a soft and silky type of cheesecake, not too sweet but with a lemon tone aftertaste ! It’s not a super heavy cake !
