Miso And Chili Glazed Salmon烤得真的挺不錯,味噌辣椒烤三文魚受熱平均,表層咬下去極之香脆,連魚肉一起入口,還能感受到濕潤的肉汁,蠻少遇到烤得這麼優的三文魚,讓人驚喜萬分。若想烤三文魚更香甜,可醮點甘香的味噌提升味噌辣椒烤三文魚的味道層次。

媽媽鍾情於Pork Chop,豬扒是日本綠茶飼的,我們是頭一回吃,豬扒肉質非常緊實細嫩,咬起來多汁帶有淡淡的肉鮮味,豬扒的油脂部位煎到恰恰好的,濃濃脂香潤口卻毫不膩味,豬扒的華麗演出告一段落。
