朋友幫我慶生,今次黎Airside食中式fusion菜。餐廳位置方便,喺啟德站已可直達。餐廳「嵐月」位於商場三樓,門面好有氣派,有個華麗嘅吧枱。裡面劃分了唔同區域,整體視野遼闊,座位空間寬敞,可以慢慢傾、慢慢食。當晚試左幾款菜式:北寄貝沙薑漬,原來係餐廳其中一款奪得金獎嘅菜式。清淡嘅沙薑配上新鮮嘅北寄貝,嚐到鮮味、冰涼又清爽嘅味道。皇帝蟹海皇酸辣羹,盛載嘅器皿好靚,下層一直有個燭台熱住,全程都保持住個溫度。酸辣度恰到好處,開胃得黎又嚐到啖啖蟹肉,好滿足。薑蔥爆金蠔煲,有六隻肥大嘅金蠔,色澤金黃,口感外脆,肉質軟糯,蠔身亦保留了水份,頗香口的。嵐月小炒皇係餐廳嘅signature,果然唔錯,口感豐富,爽脆、咸香、嫩滑,而且有鑊氣。川貝陳皮燉啤梨,係今晚圓滿嘅作結,啤梨燉至非常淋身、又香甜,配上陳皮絲、川貝等,感覺養身又潤喉。臨走時見到其他得獎菜式,慢煮牛肋肉及黑豚叉燒,下次要再黎試埋先。

當晚試左幾款菜式:
